Either the player or b111 belt may initiate the closure of a player account. The process and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is player-initiated or platform-initiated.

Player-Initiated Closure:

• A player may request account closure at any time by contacting b111 belt support via the support page. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance in the account will be paid out to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures.
• Active bonus balances that are subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the b111 belt platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the loss of bonus funds due to wagering requirement violations or account closure resulting from prohibited conduct.
